Ravi Joshi

 I am Ravi Joshi,  a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Louisiana State University. Before that, I obtained B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad in 2010 and M.S. in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2013. I have worked for Ford Motor Company and General Motors in Michigan as an Autonomous Driving Machine Learning Engineer before starting my Ph.D. I am in the job market this year and expect to defend my dissertation in March 2025. Broadly, my research area consists of topics in information economics, banking, fintech, and corporate finance. I have taught multiple finance courses at LSU.
